We are one day away from our amazing 2025 Appalachian Veteran Fair!
We hope you are as excited as we are. Below you will see the final map layout of all assigned booths.
We have GREAT news for everyone too - we will have one 8' table for each booth.
We were able to acquire more tables.
Unfortunately, we were not able to provide all the requested extra tables each vendor asked for.
Vietnam Veterans - please bring the extra 5 tables you may need. We WILL provide 5 tables for your 5 booths.
If we have any remaining after set up on Tuesday, we will place them in your booths.
If your group/organization was not mentioned, then that means we have spoken to you and confirmed your needed tables.
Providence - we will have your 3 tables/10chairs for your mobile unit AND your two tables indoors.
If anyone is not sure if they will have extra tables as requested - please send me a NEW email to veteranfair@warriorscanvas.org.
We will have plenty of chairs UNLESS you just prefer more comfortable seating; then please bring your own.
If you are bringing a gift prize for the Drawing booth, then please drop off at the Drawing booth.
Some highlights of attached notes below. Pls see attached and highlight what may pertain to you.
DO NOT LEAVE before 4pm. If an emergency arises, please inform our CHECK-OUT table.
Bring exact cash/check for your payment. We WILL have invoices for you at the Registration table. Just ask for yours please.
Set up times/days: Tuesday 4-5pm OR Wednesday 7:30-9am. DO NOT enter the building BEFORE those times. Be set up BY 9:30am.
If you need power, please bring an extension cord of at least 40 feet. You will need to share with others. You can bring a power surge if you need to
connect more than 1 device. We placed everyone as close to a power source; but please be prepared in case your item's cord is not long enough.
No extensions will be available.

ALL booths have been filled and there will NO LONGER be any vendors accepted.
Volunteer Appreciation Night is for the volunteers who have been part of the planning, organization, and workforce to help make this event possible. If you signed up and were one of the helpers, then this dinner is for you. 🤩
